Highview Drive development
(Highview Drive – Moana, Nelson)
We provided planning advice for this development, which has been created on the hill top site of where the fill material for the Whakatu Drive bypass was taken from.
We renegotiated the original consent conditions, obtained the Land Disturbance (earthworks) Consents along with the consent for the first showhome complex in Nelson.
We have ongoing responsibility for checking of house plans to ensure compliance with the covenants protecting the level of development.
The Glades Residential Subdivision
Templemore Dv, Richmond
Wakatu Incorporation
We were responsible for design of subdivision, obtaining resource consents and project management of the development. This subdivision was an extension of Templemore Drive in Richmond. It created 36 residential sites along with a Council Reserve incorporating a large pond. We were also responsible for approval of all the house plans for the dwellings when they were constructed in this development.
Magnolia Place Comprehensive Development

We were responsible for the design of the development including obtaining resource consents and project management of the actual subdivision and the subsequent dwellings (a total of 9)that were constructed as part of this project. This comprehensive development set the benchmark for this type of development in Richmond.
Kāreti Drive Development

This subdivision is a continuation of the Glades Development and linked Templemore Drive through to Champion Road creating 35 lots. We were responsible for the design of the development, obtaining all the resource consents along with project development of the subdivision, which included construction of a bridge over Reservoir Creek. We were also responsible for approval of the houses that were subsequently built in this development.
Commercial Development — Richard Hooker

We were responsible for obtaining the resource consents from Council for extension of this commercial building including rationalisation of the carparks. We provide ongoing planning assistance as tenants and carparking requirements change.
Waimea Estates Ltd

Waimea Estates Winery
Responsible for obtaining new resource consents for the winery and café operations including discharge consents from the winery. Also negotiating with Transit New Zealand for increased traffic usage onto the State Highway.
Totara Park — Lifestyle Subdivision

Ben Nevis Holdings
This is a long-term rural residential development of a 106-hectare property in Wakefield. We are responsible for design of the overall development including all resource consents and project management of the development involving liaison and co-ordination of legal advice and real estate marketing. Stages 1 – 4 are completed for a total of 34 lots. Consents have recently been obtained for Stages 5 – 8 comprising a total of 23 lots. Construction of Stage V is currently underway.
Jubilee Court Comprehensive Development

This is a comprehensive development comprising of eight dwellings. We were responsible for the design of the subdivision, co-ordination of the house plans of the dwellings that have been constructed along with obtaining all necessary resource consents.
